The passing enthusiasm phenomena PART II

Feeling extremely guilty to myself, remember the PART I before? I talked bout some of the examples, and now i have to add one more here, more as to remind myself for not repeating it again

Yes, the latest case is regarding the new music instrument i promised myself to conquer it---guitar. I always think that i am not capable in strings, although i havent tried a violin, but i can already imagine my hand losing coordination and playing like a robot hand, lol ..and so i borrowed a guitar the other day, thought of self-learning, without any knowledge, i start to strum the guitar,then identify the notes each string in, went to youtube for tutorials on how to tune, went to wiki to search for the exact note each string should be in, and had some fun tuning it...to be honest, it was kind of interesting to me and things went pretty well, probably my pp does helped alot......
currently learning a song guided by Youtube, Grenade from Bruno Mars

Duno why, no matter how i tune the guitar, i couldnt match his guitar sound..*hmmmm*

I know i posted this video before, and i have to say, i dont really pay attention to this song before this video, probably because i dont like the music arrangement of the ori version, glad that i found this, especially likey the second verse

So......currently i seemed to friend back with my bad habit---the passing enthusiasm, and its probably because>>>> i got frustrated when i hurt my finger while pressing on the strings, unhappy when i hear some weird sound  because i didnt press hard enough on the strings while i strum, i was like -_-...fine, why is this so hard for me? i even have to take time to search for notes before i play the next chord, yes.i dislike that kind of  feeling, when you feel like a stupid because you know nothing on something you wanna know so bad....

Whatever, i am so gonna learn this

Wanna blog about my new year trip initially, but then all the photos are with my sister so guess blogging without photos would be no fun,delay the post until i got the photos by the end of the week. In the mean time, i am just enjoying fully my few weeks left holiday in my hometown before i start my uni.

But then, those holiday could be kind of boring, and the schedule might be>>>
wake up, find no one cause everyone went to work----find no breakfast on the table---cook yourself your own breakfast---watch tv--use your lappie---lunch time---nap---jog--dinner---internet--sleep

Gawd, i wonder how long can i survive with this schedule on for weeks, so the ideal one should be>>>>
awake---cook your own breakfast--practice---lunchtime---tv---online research---nap---jog---dinner--reading--SLEEP early
HRM...this sounds more reasonable, great imma gonna manage my time well, at least learn another few songs up on guitar/piano ,aww..i am gonna miss my piano soon.....although it has been flooded twice,abit out of tune, and sometimes you might even hear string sounds along as you play it too...lol, but i will still miss it *nawww*

Alot of things running in mah head, thought of setting up another blog and redesigning my blog,i know its alot of work,and i have to complete that asap

the 2012 blog starts on 17 midnight

guess i can never change my habit of blogging in the middle of the night..so its down to four days before i leave my job, time flies when you dont even realise it slipped away
So diary, me and my family celebrated little nephew's birthday early Jan

One year old

bought this cake from a local cake shop, thought of buying the 3d cake from secret recipe but then it was too late as they need a week notice..but then since Xavier favours mickey more so we decided to go for his choice =)

My mom gave him a angpow but then....

 he nearly tore it off , or perhaps he's curious on how much he got?lol,cheeky pie

he likes to show people how capable he is in walking, even happier when we give him an applause =P

sooo....a whole new year, a new life! dra's going aussie real soon, been planning to go on a short trip with her, but the chance is minimal, as she still got alot of things to run for, and i wont be free until new year, *fingerscrossed* i really hope things will work out!

owh, and i got my haircut eventually and it spent me for like 8 bucks more than the normal price, 

tsk,i should have cut it earlier

 in less than half an hour, i got my haircut done,from waist long to shoulder length..

people always says that, the reason that a girl/woman got their haircut is because they wanna get rid of the past and start a new life, perhaps that sounds true also lol, 

and i still remember i used to cry when my mom cut my long hair those days,  because she always cut my hair way shorter than the length we originally discussed, she thought of making both sides even length but you know, after comparing here and there, it turns out to be shorter and shorter, and my heart turns bitter and bitter , ends up me crying and mom complaining me and swearing not to cut my hair again ..........

but then the same scene replayed months after lol

still wondering to dye or not to, since my hair is not really black but dark brown, more obvious under sunlight

 Excited that new year is just five days away!! cant wait , even received home made new year biscuits--pineapple pie biscuits, and i finished a whole small container of it...within three days

( trust me i can make it one day but no,i dont wanna ruin my diet plan)

Its X'mas

Merry X'mas everyone!! 

So its X'mas that day, and celebrating Xmas is one of the biggest event for the year, you can already feel the X'mas spirit even one or two months before .Christmas song is everywhere, all the shopping malls are well decorated,colourful and unique decos are everywhere...people just like Christmas!

so i went for Christmas dinner, with roasted turkey, mashed potatoes and some i dont even know how to name them....lol..of course, everything taste Great! owh and later that night, had a small meetoto gathering with old highschool friends ( meetoto is a place for those who wanna sing 'publicly' online, to be precise, you may click on the link) turns out that--- thanks to some, we got to hear  "Creepy carol" on Christmas eve....lol.. while some of them did great--and we thought, wow..he really can sing heh...( for a moment we even thought he played from CD )...*applause*

Right after X'mas we have Boxing day---(its a day where traditionally UK wealthy people will gift a box containing presents to their servant) , sigh...i never get to shop even though sales are everywhere(---especially hawwt in UK---)since i am stucked in this small peaceful town ...*geez* i even heard that people purposely flew over just to shop during sales season ,see how crazy and passionate they are!

Talking about Christmas, kids are always the excited ones as they are excited to figure out what Santa aka their parents gift them..and you know when all of those kids are wishing and expecting a cool toy....what was it lke when parents disappoint them, as in fooling them with those unexpected 'presents'

HAHA,glad that Jimmy came out with this idea, and those reaction are so cute, imagine how disappointed are they when they got ' half-bitten sandwich, black banana and even a battery ' as X'mas gift...lol

While in the other way round,

here i found a video of a girl who have only one wish ,and she's just adorable ( girls,make sure you have tissue in your hand)

When we talk about X'mas....you cant get away with X'mas song, cause thats the only thing that makes you feel like Chrstmas! *imagine a X'mas without X'mas song* it couldnt be rite?!

Play-Doh Vs Tangyuan

Starting with a clean-face look ( ignore the dark circle pleasee )and......

Happy Winter Solstice Festival everyone !!

so its the so-called chinese 'DongZhi' festival today , its a time to bring all the family members together, indicating we are officially a year older again...of course, for people like me, the most exciting part is to make Tangyuan---(which symbolize reunion)..cause since i was a young kid, i like to play with the dough, its just like kids 'Play-Doh' but the only difference is its Clean and Not smelly * play dough gives out some kind of weird smell, (more of like sand semen smell)..i remember i always wanted a Play-Doh set from the very first moment i saw the commercial on the TV

see? those colourful play-doh...=D

come on, the play dough machine is what i always dream of......they make magic happens..as in....yeah, *Magic*..ahh....childhood memories

And so...because i dont get to have a play-doh set, i am especially VERY 'helpful' whenever my mom use the flour to make dough lol

I had fun preparing these, one and one ,pink and white, simple and nice!

So normally, after the dough part, is the cooking part...normally we have the traditional way to eat with, which is to add the round balls--tangyuan into sugary ginger soup, or nowadays, people usually mix it with soya, red bean soup,  made it looklike mee soup or even eat WITHOUT soup, just add some peanut butter topping*nomnom*

Btw...celebrating the festival in flood phobia is not really fun, cause if you bother to read my older post, my town or now the 'little Venice' is always a high risk flooding area whenever it rains overnight during Dec or early the following year, monsoon season.So almost everyone living in the flooding area is always alert during the season will become super intense, extremely nervous and start packing their things up,moving to higher region whenever it rains overnight....i guess people will eventually become insane if they keep living like this..LOL

and everyone is asking the same question..

p/s: latest news, the river water level just reached a new high level among the past four days...OMGIEE!! 

lets hope that i wouldnt have to spend my X'mas with the muddy water or even busy washing and cleaning  like a dog...-_-

So, a new cinema in my town launched recently...giving away free tickets including 3D tickets on purpose to promote and boast up their popularity.Well, i dont really think they need any promotion ,simply because after all those old cinemas close down ten years ago, the newly launched cinema is already a sizzling hawt news for the people even before they launch*omg, i cant help thinking of chicken chop when i typed sizzling.....nomnom...(dont laugh!)* *gawd, when can i stop thinking of food?!* Those poor cinema closed up due to the rising of DVD and Astro but now since people are bored again, they start to favour back cinema movie.
Familiar faces are everywhere due to the free ticket,and its extremely crowded! *yikes* I went with one of my besties Sandra,watched one of the out-dated movie,"Socerers and the White Snake" the movie was Ookay, slightly illogic though...btw i cant wait for 'Alvin and the chipmunks' movie*exciting*

And talking bout movie, I can still remember i watched some of the movie last time at the old theatre when i was little, among all what i remember most is 'Star Wars",and you know why i remember that most? Because i fell ASLEEP right after the beginning part and woke up ON THE LAST SCENE! ...*alamak* cant help, guess the five year old me is just too BORED... *yawn*

Sosososo..Its raining season recently and its freezing cold rite now...of course, superb weather to sleep!!*yawn*

So starting off with this song, i had a low energy day, probably because i always didnt sleep on time, and you know the consequences, you feel extremely sleepy on the next day, I dislike that, and i've decided! i will sleep on time from.....today onwards?......hrm okay, since i am still here therefore maybe post-pone to tomorrow....*bang*
Random fact#  I always look forward to next day morning, the only reason is because i cant let myself have the fattening supper therefore i have to save the stomach for next day's BIG breakfast, how i wish i have great metabolism like last time, aih, younger days...

I dont know if you'all encounter the same thing as me, but sometimes it can be quite annoying
Just wondering,have you ever came across the situation that there're photos you cant post on your Facebook profile? dont get me wrong..its not because of  nudity, or even forbidden content....its simply because you have added your close relatives in your Fb profile, who are always alert and keeping an eye on your latest update/photos..in my case, this is initially not a problem, but when it comes to pics featuring with a guy or even photos including some guys, they will straightaway relate it to>>>>>hey, i saw your pics, you get into a relationship already ar?..( or in other way round, typical malaysian style is----hey, 'pattoh' ady ? i saw your pics in Fb featuring with someone eh) and somemore they ask this infront of mah mom.,immediately i feel true awkwardness and a flash of cold blood rush through my veins,awkward simply because its not true at all yet still being doubt,i dislike that most and since then, the only and best way to avoid same situation is to prevent those easily misleading photos( as in mistaken someone to be who i am dating ) to be posted, people at my age always give the elders the intend of guessing who we're dating...and i know my mom always keep an eye on me, yeah, she's the SPY.....LOL....,but i guess this kind of situation will keep on haunting me until i date a real one...*geez

Someday

My blog is like my diary, a public diary, which is filled with my experience,what i see, hear and feel,i know...someday, when i look back, i will read it with pleasure, glad that, and i've decided, i wanna write it almost everyday, just doubting....can i?

Owh, and recently i got busier, and been sleeping late at night, the only reason is... i actually enjoy nightime, those moment without any disturbance, and the peacefulness feels GREAT. although all of these have to pay during the next day as you most probably will fall asleep...but still, i ususally blog at night because its the only enjoyable moment, where you get the inspiration

Talking about my job, funny thing is i've been asked by some of the colleagues whether am i from S'pore while i was actually staying nearby...LOL...And this flashed me back to last year's trip to Bangkok, when i went to a local boutique, the guy there actually thought i am a japanese....LOL, probably because of the fairness? other than that reason, i cant think of anything else heh

So alot of my friend been asking me whether i get to know someone new ---when they mean 'new' yeah you know what i mean, so far, i've met some but other than that, its still all about working, working ,working....bearing with the pressure and workload, somehow i can feel and see whats gonna be in the real world in the near future as i work, since this pre-experience really taught me alot, from keeping yourself alert all the time, to dealing with new things and handling different type of work at a same time.

SO, my daily routine is always the same, drive to work...lunch hour...get home....surf...practice ..sleep. but i know such relaxing routine wouldnt last long as i believe there's a hectic life awaiting.

*yawns* its late night now........my eyelids are getting heavier \
